The Problem: The facility had one roof system assembly installed over numerous
deck types, several of which were areas of high internal humidity.

Our Solution: The construction and internal use of each roof areas was thoroughly examined.
Internal humidity levels were determined for each roof area. As a result of the investigation, our
solution required several different roof systems with varied configurations. Given the design requirements,
the project was divided into several separately bid projects to ensure the public bidding process afforded
contractors to competitively bid those projects within their skillsets.
