The Problem: Our client had facility management responsibilities for a
multiple-state portfolio totaling over 300 buildings. They need a cost effective means
of prioritizing and budgeting for roof, building exterior and hardscape expenditures on each facility.

The Solution: IRS organized their facility portfolio into logical regions containing
facilities grouped by their business priority. We then surveyed the roof, building exterior
and hardscape assets of each facility. Each facilities roof, building exterior and hardscape
assets were inventoried and evaluated. The data was assembled, organized and presented utilzing the
IRS OnLine Asset Management System accessible through our secure web portal for use across their
management team.
