IRS has enhanced its value added OnLine Asset Management Program
for active asset management clients. This Web Based, component driven work order system
allows clients to generate, track and execute work orders on roof, pavement and exterior assets.
Clients can initiate work orders to a single contractor, or multiple contractors for each discipline within
an asset group. The selected contractors then execute the work order then provide written and photographic
documentation to support their invoice. This documentation then becomes part of the individual facilities
maintenance history, many times useful in supporting requests for capital funding. IRS can also provide seamless
integration of this service with a clients existing internal work order system.
