Visual Roof Surveys provide a cost effective, visual examination of a
facilities existing roof systems for the purpose of providing
recommendations and budgets required to maintain or restore watertight
integrity for the current year.

Roof Plan Drawings:
A scaled, CAD-generated roof plan of each facility is provided to identify
individual roof areas and determine total square footage for the purpose of
establishing budgets. All perimeters and any projections that the client deems
important will be shown on the plan.

Roof Conditions and Photographs:
The roof system's general appearance will be examined to identify flashing
conditions, membrane surface conditions, general drainage characteristics,
excessive traffic patterns, etc., and to locate the presence of contaminants
and/or previous repairs. The adjacent building walls will also be examined for
conditions that could affect the performance of the roof system. Conditions of
all the roof areas are confirmed and documented with color photographs.

Roof Survey Data Forms:
Compilation of all data gathered during the survey, including general
information relating to the individual roof area, roof projections, roof system
conditions, drainage characteristics, general comments, as well as recommendations and
budgets are provided via the IRS OnLine Asset Management System and on easy-to-read data form.

Recommendations and Budgets:
Based on the existing construction and conditions of each roof area, accurate
budget figures are established for all required emergency, preventative and
remedial roofing work.

Annual Budget Summary: The
recommendations and budgets are compiled into a summary of necessary
maintenance and capital roofing expenditures for the current year.
