Visual Hardscape Surveys provide a visual examination and assessment of
your facilities existing hardscape systems.
After consideration of a client's goals and
objectives, we provide recommendations and budgets necessary for the maintenance
and/or restoration of the hardscapes appearance and functional
integrity.

Site Plan Sketch:
IRS provides clients' with a site plan sketch showing the hardscape in
relationship to primary and secondary structures, critical hardscape
dimensions, drainage receptors, curbing, landscape areas, islands and adjoining
roads. Due to the overall size of your hardscape surfaces, IRS may number
areas to more easily identify areas of concern.

Safety Concerns: IRS
identifies in written and visual form, areas needing immediate attention to
correct hardscape deficiencies that raise safety concerns.

Hardscape Appearance:
IRS identifies in written and visual form, areas needing immediate attention to
correct aesthetic deficiencies to reflect client's goals and objectives.

Site Statistics: IRS provides
clients with specific site dimensions, noting square footage, number of
parking and handicap stalls, number of catch basins, and additional pertinent
site information.

Paser Rating: IRS evaluates
the general condition of your hardscape areas using the Pavement
Surface Evaluation and Rating
system (1-10; 10 = best) to prioritize your pavements overall condition.
Helping to prioritize and ensure your hardscape surfaces reflect clients'
goals and objectives.

Recommendations and Estimated
Costs: Based upon construction and conditions,
IRS developes recommendations and establishes estimated budgets for all
work required over a five (5) year period.
